Sebai&Baraket are proud to announce the third edition of the Amateur Olympia, which is considered the most important event of Fitness and Bodybuilding, since its founder Joe Weider started the legend in 1965. For second time, the Amateur Olympia series will be held in TUNISIA.

It will be an amazing weekend, We hope to beat last year’s attendance records, where the best athletes will meet with the aim to achieve the such desired professional card awarded by the IFBB PRO LEAGUE.

In addition, the most outstanding companies in the sector will have the opportunity to present all their novelties at the EXPO that will take place in the Medina Yasmine Hammamet complex, at the same time as the competition

COMPETITORS RULES

IFBB Pro League Official Rules MEN’S BODYBUILDING

1.Posing suits must be standard men’s swimsuit with at least ½ rear coverage.

2. Suits must meet acceptable standards of taste and decency. Thongs are prohibited. Posing suits must be one color. Fringe, wording, sparkle or fluorescents is prohibited.

3. Competitors must not alter the fit of the posing suit by hiking it up in the back or by pulling up the sides during Front and Rear Lat Spreads.

7. “Moon Pose” (any competitor performing this pose will be disqualified)

8. Lying on the stage.

9. Bumping and shoving (the first and second person involved will be disqualified). Competitor numbers must be worn on the left side of the posing suit during the Judging and Finals.

10. *Judges will score competitors according to the “total package”, which is a balance of size, symmetry and muscularity.
